If you have an issue with your order upon receipt please contact connor@bristolmeatmachine.co.uk within 6 hours of receiving your meat box.

Please state issue alongside photo evidence, so we can deal with this the best we can, in the unlikely event you may incur an issue.

If goods are defective or damaged, we will ask to be returned to our depot Unit 1B Bonville Road, BS4 5QU in this case you will need to cover your postage costs.

We will then send out a replacement.

Again quality is something we are big on, aswell as providing a 5* customer service, So if there is anything else we work with you to resolve to your personal satisfaction.
