Season Ribs to taste with Salt, Pepper & Garlic. Place Ribs in a roasting dish or slow cooker, add 200ml of beef stock or red wine. Cover and cook for 6 hours at 140'C or High in the slow cooker. Serve with new potatoes and veg.
