Ashley's easy recipy:

Season Ribs to taste with Salt, Pepper & Garlic. Place Ribs in roasting dish or slow cooker, add 200ml of beef stock or red wine. Cover and cook for 6 hours at 140'C or High in slow cooker. Serve with new potatos and veg.
